Description: Eco Compost Bag is made primarily from recycled food waste and is sold in 30dm3 bags. Our Eco-Compost is made from commercial food and organic waste that would otherwise end up in landfill. It is a more affordable option for those who want to stretch their budget while still feeding their plants and making a difference for the environment. Eco-Compost tends to have a higher nitrogen content because of the feedstock used to make it. This is very beneficial for plant growth, however it does result in a more pungent product. Not to worry though, the smell will dissipate a few days after application, with regular irrigation accelerating the process.

Use: Primarily used in flower beds.

Directions for use: Mix with soil into your flower beds or spread it over your grass if the lawn is even. Make sure to take out the wood chips during spreading. The wood chips can be put into the flower beds or flower pots and will help to retain moisture while providing shade for the plant roots, similar to mulch.
